Returns

• Items can be returned within 24 hours of receipt.
• Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
• To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Quicknow.pk@gmail.com.
• After we receive and verify your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please note: A 40% fee will be deducted for returned products.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.
• To request an exchange, contact our customer service team at Quicknow.pk@gmail.com.
• Once we receive your item, we will promptly send a replacement.

Exceptions

• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.
